Terms of sale — Perfume Price Tracker PRO

Perfume Price Tracker is free for following perfume prices. PRO is an optional subscription that adds features. These terms describe that subscription.

What PRO includes

• Savings counter: you note the price you paid for a perfume you own; the app shows what you saved against the average of the current offers and the most expensive offer of the same size, on prices really read.
• Unlimited alerts and full history (free version: 3 active alerts and 90 days of history in the charts).
• Size adviser: the best price per ml among the sizes of the same perfume.
• Budget alert: “tell me when a perfume of my list goes below X €”.
• Unlimited shops added by link (free version: 3).

The alerts you already have are never removed: without PRO, only creating one more is limited.

Price and period

• €0.99 per month, renewed every month. No commitment.
• €8.99 per year, paid for the year, renewed every year. No commitment.

Prices include tax in France. In other countries the store shows the price in your currency before you pay. Payment, renewal and invoice are handled by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). There is no free trial and no one-time purchase: PRO exists only as a subscription.

How long Atria.Eponym's commitment lasts

The subscription gives access to the PRO features for the period paid. Atria.Eponym keeps the app working for that period only: no commitment beyond the current period.

Shops, websites and links are third parties

Prices, availability and specifications come from shops and websites that do not depend on Atria.Eponym. A shop can change its pages, block access or disappear at any time; a page opened from the app belongs to the shop. The list of tracked shops is not guaranteed. Every price is shown with its shop and the date it was read; a blocked source is shown as “source unavailable”.

Cancelling

At any time, in two taps, at no cost:

• Android: Google Play app › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Perfume Price Tracker PRO › Cancel. In the app: Settings › Manage / cancel my subscription.
• iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Perfume Price Tracker PRO › Cancel Subscription. In the app: Settings › Manage / cancel my subscription.

PRO stays open until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded automatically. The app then returns to the free version.

Refunds

Payments are collected by the store, so refunds go through it: Google Play (refund policies) or the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com). The store's own terms also apply.

Changing phones

“Restore my purchases” (Settings) finds the subscription of the Google or Apple account used to pay. The app has no account: it reads the subscription from the store, on the phone, without sending anything to Atria.Eponym (see the privacy policy).

If the service had to stop

New subscriptions would be stopped first, subscribers told, and the running periods would end before the service stops.
