Terms of sale — Call Impostor Shield

Last updated: November 1, 2026 · Français

Call Impostor Shield is free to install. These terms describe the free trial and the subscription that then lets you check a call. The subscription is offered on Android, through Google Play; the iPhone version does not offer one at this time.

In short: 1 month free from installation, no card needed. Then a subscription with no commitment, cancellable at any time in Google Play, at no cost. Atria.Eponym's commitment is limited to the period paid. Answering your family stays free.

What the subscription includes

Free trial

The trial lasts 1 month from installation. It asks for no card and never turns into a subscription by itself: at the end of the trial nothing is charged, and you choose whether to subscribe. The app tells you during the last 3 days of the trial.

Price and period

Prices include VAT in France. In other countries, Google Play shows the price in your currency before you pay. Payment, automatic renewal and the invoice are handled by Google Play. There is no one-time purchase: call checking exists only as a subscription.

How long Atria.Eponym commits

The subscription gives call checking for the period paid. Atria.Eponym keeps the app working for that period only: no commitment beyond the current period.

What does not depend on Atria.Eponym

Questions and answers travel through the notification services of Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (Apple Push Notification service), and through a relay server hosted by Cloudflare. These services do not depend on Atria.Eponym: they can slow down, change their rules or stop at any time. An answer also depends on your family member's phone (switched on, connected, notifications allowed).

The app helps you check; it is not a guarantee: without an answer, it tells you so and advises you to hang up, then call your family member back on their usual number.

Cancelling

At any time, in two taps, at no cost:

Access stays open until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded automatically. After that, call checking stops; answering your family remains possible and free.

Refunds

As payments are collected by Google Play, refunds go through it (Google Play refund policies). Google Play's terms also apply.

Changing phones

The subscription is tied to the Google account used to pay: on a new Android phone signed in to the same account, the app finds it again. The app has no account: it only reads the subscription status from Google Play, on the phone (see the privacy policy).

If the service had to stop

New subscriptions would be stopped first, subscribers told, and running periods would go to their end before the service stops.
